It was so great to be walking distance to downtown. Having protected parking was really important to us and we appreciated that option. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Had we forgotten any amenities, there were things available to use.

We loved staying here! It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, super close to Broadway and everything we wanted to do, and overall an adorable apartment. Jessica and Tyler were great! I couldn’t recommend this place or one of their other listings enough.

This was a great place, with a short walk to Broadway. Very clean very nice and great owners. Everything was perfectly represented and they answered my text messages or phone calls immediately every time.
The condo is in a great location for walking to Broadway and other great spots! It’s very clean and has all essentials. They addressed any issues right away. They provide a guide book filled with restaurants and other experiences .

They offered great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. We ended our stay at The Listening Room. Well worth it and very unique experience. That was a 5 minute walk from the condo.
This space was comfortable and a few minutes to Broadway on foot. It was clean and just as advertised. Jessica is a great communicator and gives all information needed. Check in and out was flawless and we really appreciated have a spot to park our vehicle
Stay overall was great, the above neighbors were a little loud on one of the nights we stayed. But overall we really enjoyed the stay, everything was easy to get to, and for the price you couldnt beat it!

Great tips for local entertainment, restaurants, shops, etc. We love coffee and it was great to have two coffee machines with plenty coffee in the apartment. Great to have a coffee on the balcony.

Everything was as expected. The list of things do do and recommendations was amazing. Per the recommendation, we did a Joyride tour with Jeff. It was an amazing way to explore the city and learn some music history.

Excellent location near enough to the attractions to easily walk to many, also far enough away to not be too loud. Clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. They even left a lovely supply of sundries for guests to help themselves in case needed.
We would absolutely stay with Jessica & Tyler again! The unit was perfectly spotless, with anything we could possibly need, and close to everything.
We didnt cook but kitchen was fully set up to. The beds were very comfortable. Shower was great. The neighborhood felt very safe. Wished we could of used the record player but the cord was missing. Great place to stay!!

Very clean and well set up. Walk down to Broadway wasn't bad uphill coming back late at night may want to uber. Wonderfully stocked with anything you could need!! loved the balcony patio.

Hello! Thank you for looking at our homes! All are in fantastic locations (our homes are in areas we would live in- they are NOT in “transitional” areas and have special touches to make your vacation memorable (East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub that sleeps 12, eight (8!) trendy and centrally located downtown condos that sleep 4-8 people all in the same complex, an ocean front condo in Panama City Beach, and an amazing private cabin in the mountains! We love to visit new places and have a variety of hobbies, my current favorite is wake surfing, Tyler is an avid scuba diver, and we enjoy weekends at the lake in our houseboat! I'm also into hot yoga and Tyler enjoys running throughout our neighborhood. We love Nashville, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and am a local realtor with a passion of helping women buy their first homes, though I've also assisted my Airbnb guests ;-) Tyler is a realtor and Nashville Native, while I grew up about two hours away on the Cumberland Plateau. He is almost always available to assist our guests and is happy to help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation! We are both huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans and attend many of their games.
