• You can't get any closer to the water! Possibly the closest condo complex to the waves! Newly remodeled condo that sleeps 4! One bedroom with a King Bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room! Washer/Dryer in unit. 
• 3-5 night minimum, must be 25 or older
• 4 beach chairs and umbrella are included (located in the unit, must carry down but it's only steps away!) 
• We are on the second floor near the stairs, and around the corner from the boardwalk to the beach! 
• Great views, huge patio, fully stocked kitchen! 

Stay with us- no elevator, no front desk, and we have a Ring camera at the door for your safety!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
