Thank you for your interest in our property!! We ask that you, as the person responsible for booking our home, read our entire description to get an accurate picture of the condo and the community. This condo is located downtown Nashville, 4 blocks from Broadway. Rutledge Hill neighborhood (SoBro) was just voted one of the top 10 places to live in Tennessee. It has a walk score of 10/10 and is walkable to every venue and museum in downtown Nashville. There are very few residential condos in Nashville and even fewer that allow short term rentals. This is one that does! However, it is still a residential complex with many residents working from home. In conclusion, this is a quiet neighborhood so if you tend to be a loud group, we ask that you leave the partying for downtown, out of respect for the other residents. (We do have a townhome that is soundproofed in a different area that might be a better fit!) While we want you to enjoy our city and have fun, we cannot risk disturbing the peace in our sweet community. We are looking for guests who would like to live like a local while taking in all that Nashville has to offer.
This loft features 1 plush king bed, 1 queen bed in the loft, and a queen sleeper sofa. It is legally permitted for six guests, but we recommend no more than 4. Located directly on 2nd Ave in the SoBro District, the heart of the Downtown Nashville! We don't know what to claim as the best feature: Location, Cleanliness, Comfort, Free Parking (unheard of downtown), or Attentiveness of the Hosts! You get it all with this one. We do book almost every night of the year so if it's available, snag it.
You'll get a clean, convenient, comfy home for your Nashville stay, complete with towels, linens, coffee, KCups, high speed Internet, a fully stocked kitchen, a great balcony and free parking all within walking distance of various Museums and all the downtown Honky Tonks. We recommend starting at Tootsie's and ending at Acme, making sure to visit all the bars in between (both small and large)! We've had feedback that our cleaning fee is high, we pay a living wage to our cleaner, not minimum wage! Your stay supports two small businesses, ours and hers.
We are steps away from Husk, named the #1 Restaurant in the Nation in 2013's Bon Appetit! 2 blocks from Pinewood Social, a large, converted railcar storage barn turned coffee shop, restaurant, and bowling alley featuring swimming pools and an Airstream Camper! Don't forget to line dance at the Wild Horse Saloon and have a sip on the rooftop of the George Jones Museum and Bar (our wedding venue) which overlooks the Cumberland River, while also featuring the famous Batman Building through the cut out roof.
Permitted & Legal: 2020Nash008Ville125
If you need to do laundry, we have free washers/dryers in the clubhouse. You get two free parking spots, one inside and one outside the gate.
The rules: Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, enforced throughout the city, but especially in our community. Shoes off please, we have neighbors below and we allow families with babies. No Glitter. If you get sick from overdoing Nashville and our cleaners must pick up after you...gross! You pay $250, it goes straight to them, no one should have to do that!
The cons: There is one bathroom, but there are two more in the clubhouse downstairs if that helps! We are across the street from the firehall, we do provide ear plugs for light sleepers and we have a noise machine. It is the city and you will hear all the sounds of the city! Also, when the sofa bed is pulled out, there is little room to walk into the kitchen.

About the Owner
Hello! Thank you for looking at our homes! All are in fantastic locations (our homes are in areas we would live in- they are NOT in “transitional” areas and have special touches to make your vacation memorable (East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub that sleeps 12, eight (8!) trendy and centrally located downtown condos that sleep 4-8 people all in the same complex, an ocean front condo in Panama City Beach, and an amazing private cabin in the mountains! We love to visit new places and have a variety of hobbies, my current favorite is wake surfing, Tyler is an avid scuba diver, and we enjoy weekends at the lake in our houseboat! I'm also into hot yoga and Tyler enjoys running throughout our neighborhood. We love Nashville, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and am a local realtor with a passion of helping women buy their first homes, though I've also assisted my Airbnb guests ;-) Tyler is a realtor and Nashville Native, while I grew up about two hours away on the Cumberland Plateau. He is almost always available to assist our guests and is happy to help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation! We are both huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans and attend many of their games. We love all kinds of music and catch many shows, especially because it’s easy to grab last minute tickets! And now, the proud parents to our baby girl, Lillie!Location
