Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Platforms often advertise our lowest rate, we modify our rates daily to meet the demand of the season. Weekend rates range from $399 (winter) to $1400 (peak-summer) and weekday rates range from $199-$399. We book almost every day of the year! It is not uncommon for several groups to be inquiring about the same weekend, we cannot hold the property without payment. All bookings are first come, first serve :)
