Located in a highly desired East Nashville community between downtown (7 miles to downtown/Broadway/Nissan/Bridgestone/Music City Center/Roman/Hall of Fame m/museums) and the Grand Ole Opry (one exit away). This is a 1950's home that's been remodeled and updated yet still keeps the character of the era. It is in a well-established, stable neighborhood near everything Nashville has to offer.

Larger group? Book one of our other properties too! Each of our 8 downtown condos have occupancies of 4-8. Great for wedding and graduation groups! Note: It is illegal for any events to be held at a STR (Vacation Rental) in Davidson Co and for there to be more than the max number of nightly guests on the property. In other words, our homes could not be the venue, but if it's beds you need, we have them :)
We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. We hire the best cleaners in the city! They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not some major company paying their workers minimum wage. We also give bonuses to our cleaners when guests leave feedback stating how clean the home is, which happens often. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know and we will address it immediately!
The pool is open year round but does get chilly in the winter, but the 95 jet hot tub is enormous and makes up for the winter days when the pool is just too chilly!
Guests will have access to all amenities! We do stay in the separate basement area when we are in town, but are both in our late 30s and love guests, and to travel ourselves! We have a separate driveway and entrance, you won’t know we are there! It's your house when you're here! There are technically 4 and 1/2 bathrooms. There is one full bath (tub/shower combo) and one 1/2 bath on the main floor. Two full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo and one with a tub) on the 2nd floor. And a bathroom (shower) in the pool house with hot water that never ends!
Unless you are family, friends of the family or a past guest (10% off). We ask: please don’t message us asking for discounts. We update our rates daily based on demand. Our properties book almost every single night of the year, proving our rates are more than fair. We are hardworking folks who want to provide a local experience to fellow travelers, not get rich. It is poor etiquette to ask folks to discount their homes, and is becoming well known amongst hosts that those who feel entitled to ask for discounts, complain during their stay, and leave poor reviews! If ours is out of your budget there are many others with fewer amenities that are still great.

Hello! Thank you for looking at our homes! All are in fantastic locations (our homes are in areas we would live in- they are NOT in “transitional” areas and have special touches to make your vacation memorable (East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub that sleeps 12, eight (8!) trendy and centrally located downtown condos that sleep 4-8 people all in the same complex, an ocean front condo in Panama City Beach, and an amazing private cabin in the mountains! We love to visit new places and have a variety of hobbies, my current favorite is wake surfing, Tyler is an avid scuba diver, and we enjoy weekends at the lake in our houseboat! I'm also into hot yoga and Tyler enjoys running throughout our neighborhood. We love Nashville, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and am a local realtor with a passion of helping women buy their first homes, though I've also assisted my Airbnb guests ;-) Tyler is a realtor and Nashville Native, while I grew up about two hours away on the Cumberland Plateau. He is almost always available to assist our guests and is happy to help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation! We are both huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fans and attend many of their games. We love all kinds of music and catch many shows, especially because it’s easy to grab last minute tickets! And now, the proud parents to our baby girl, Lillie!Location

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Platforms often advertise our lowest rate, we modify our rates daily to meet the demand of the season. Weekend rates range from $399 (winter) to $1400 (peak-summer) and weekday rates range from $199-$399. We book almost every day of the year! It is not uncommon for several groups to be inquiring about the same weekend, we cannot hold the property without payment. All bookings are first come, first serve :)
