Thank you for your interest in our property! We ask that you, as the person responsible for booking our home, read our entire description to get an accurate picture of the condo and the community. This condo is located downtown Nashville, 4 blocks from Broadway. Rutledge Hill neighborhood (SoBro) was just voted one of the top 10 places to live in Tennessee. It has a walk score of 10/10 and is walkable to every venue and museum in downtown Nashville. There are very few residential condos in Nashville and even fewer that allow short term rentals. This is one that does! However, it is still a residential complex with many residents working from home. In conclusion, this is a quiet neighborhood so if you tend to be a loud group, we ask that you leave the partying for downtown, out of respect for the other residents. (We do have a townhome that is soundproofed in a different area that might be a better fit!) While we want you to enjoy our city and have fun, we cannot risk disturbing the peace in our sweet community. We are looking for guests who would like to live like a local while taking in all that Nashville has to offer, not just the party scene.

Permitted for 8, Ideal for 4 or 6. Note *The bathroom is off of the main floor bedroom* There are comfortable queen beds in the bedrooms, one in the (previous) dining area as well as a queen sofa sleeper (Sept 2018) in the living room.
This beautiful, clean, trendy loft has been used as a concert venue, a set for TV, a music video and home to a celebrity chef! I lived here for 3 years prior to being married to Tyler and loved it.
Two bedroom, upgraded loft condo w/ 3 queen beds, and a soft couch with a queen sleeper! Nice sized patio overlooking Husk restaurant (#1 restaurant in the nation in 2013 by Bon Appetit)The loft/bedroom upstairs is open to the room below, yet still somewhat private. The primary bedroom now has beautiful barn doors from a barn that was torn down in nearby Franklin, TN. Great for business travelers, a couple or a group of 6 or 8 that enjoy time together and are okay with sharing a bathroom. Please note: The roomy bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. There are makeup areas in the bedrooms to prep for the night and plenty of dishes & cookware. It's a top floor condo (3rd floor =mini penthouse)! Plenty of sheets/blankets/pillows and towels. I lived in the home for years and loved it! It is fully equipped and comfortable - I hope you'll love it as much as we do! Free Parking!
Tyler & I have created an incredible list of favorites, located within our guidebook and you are free to use it even if you don’t stay with us :-)
We pride ourselves on providing a clean home for our guests. They treat the property as their own and we pay them well, resulting in a slightly higher cleaning fee. It goes back to them, not a corporation paying their workers minimum wage. We also give bonuses to our cleaners when guests leave feedback stating how clean the home is, which happens often. If during your stay, anything isn’t up to your standard please let us know & we will address it immediately.
Note that the one restroom is through the bedroom! (We see this on our comments occasionally as a negative but are clear on our listing and want you to be aware!)
Unless you are family, friends of the family or a past guest (10% off). We ask: please don’t message us asking for discounts. We update our rates daily based on demand. Our properties book almost every single night of the year, proving our rates are more than fair. We are hardworking folks who want to provide a local experience to fellow travelers, not get rich. If ours is out of your budget there are many others further out or with less amenities that are still awesome.
Big Nashville events include NFL, NHL, any concert at the Ryman, CMA Fest, NFL Draft, Grande Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, George Jones Museum, Johnny Cash Museum, Patsy Cline Museum, Musician's Hall of Fame, events at the Omni, JW Marriott, Music City Center, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Ampitheatre, and Bridgestone Arena.
Guests may use the community grill, green space and parking! Check out the pools at Pinewood Social: It’s a farm to table bar/restaurant only 2 blocks away and has 2 outdoor pools, a bowling alley, and bocce ball. You can get bar service while you enjoy their pools and overlook our gorgeous skyline!!
We try to honor early check-in but late checkout is impossible because each of our properties tends to book every night, and we have thorough cleanings between. However, there are several baggage storage companies that are great! Bag Bnb is our go to when we travel but our favorite local ones are “she’s got baggage” (she will meet you and then deliver your bags where you wish) and stow station which is near our condos. Both of these offer discounts to you in our guidebook!
Tyler is my co-host, he is a Nashville native and will be happy to interact as much or as little as desired. Update: He's now my husband ;-)
SoBro is the fastest growing area of downtown and is completely walkable! New restaurants and venues are opening constantly, the Music City Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, Hank Williams Museum, The Southern, Husk, Pinewood Social, 3rd and Lindsley, The Listening Room, Farmhouse, Etch, Bakersfield, Music City Notes, Barlines, Bob's Steakhouse and more are all located in the SoBro area of downtown. I'm a short walk to all the fun of Broadway and 2nd Ave (4 blocks or .5 mile). There are also free buses that run throughout the city to carry you from the excitement of downtown to even more upscale restaurants and shopping in the Gulch.
Yes-transit options abound--Lime & Bird scooters are the way to go! B-Cycle, City Buses, Lyft, Uber, Walking, Free Parking. Getting around will not be an issue when staying here. 9 minutes from the airport.
This is a city condo, there are trains, traffic noise, construction, sirens, etc. I provide essentials and ear plugs for light sleepers. There is a firehall on the other side of 2nd Ave so sirens can be heard at all times of day.
Our properties typically book every night and 100% of weekends, if you think you may need early checkin or late checkout please consider adding a night to the beginning or conclusion of your trip. We try to accommodate all requests but early checkin/late checkouts are sometimes impossible and create added pressure for our hardworking cleaners especially in our larger homes. Our weekday pricing is drastically lower than our weekend pricing due to demand so adding a night may be well worth it! :) On the same note, if you’re interested in our properties book it as soon as possible, we can’t hold reservations & continuously correspond with groups who wanted a home that is no longer available.
About the OwnerHello! Thank you for looking at our homes! We have a few homes that are all in fantastic locations (our homes are in areas we would live in- they are NOT in “transitional” areas, and have special touches to make your vacation memorable (East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub that sleeps 12, East Nashville home with a heated endless pool, game room and hot tub that sleeps 10, six trendy and centrally located downtown condos that sleep 4-8 people all in the same complex, a sweet, completely remodeled 1957 Airstream camper that sleeps 3, a condo on the beach in East Panama City Beach, and two cute patio homes in East Nashville! We love to visit new places and have a variety of hobbies, my current favorite is wake surfing, Tyler is an avid scuba diver and we enjoy weekends at the lake in our house boat! I'm also into hot yoga and Tyler enjoys running throughout our neighborhoods. We love Nashville, I teach at an East Nashville Elementary School and we are both local realtors with a passion of helping women buy their first homes, though we've also assisted our Airbnb guests ;-) Tyler is a Nashville Native and a realtor, I grew up about two hours away on the Cumberland Plateau. He is almost always available to assist our guests and is happy to help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation! We are both huge Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans fan and attend many of their games.
